So how do you get your hands on these awesome food trucks? It takes forever to research and reach out to one truck at a time!
Well look no further, FTTY will add that spice to your event, all the while making you look like a genius for thinking of it!
Once we receive your
Special Event Application, we will send an email out to all the trucks specific to your request. From there we will start scheduling your food trucks and should have it completed within a week. Once it’s finalized we send you a detailed spreadsheet with the trucks, their cuisines & contact info!
Yep, it’s that easy!
The community or event organizers only job is to PROMOTE the food trucks, however this is very important! Promotion is key to success!
CANCELATION POLICY!!! Once FTTY receives your application, in order to begin the booking process you will receive an invoice for $50 which will be refunded after your event has been completed. Once your deposit is received, FTTY will attempt to book your event. If the applicant cancels the event AFTER truck information and details have been provided, and/or trucks secured, the organizer is responsible to pay any booking fees for the event in addition to the original deposit if applicable- the cost is $50 per truck per day booked.
Once your event takes place, you will receive the $50 back via online payment such as PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle.
